In 2007 we aim to submit a planning application to repower Delabole Wind Farm. Repowering will involve the decommission and removal of the existing wind turbines and the installation of a reduced number of modern, more productive wind turbines.

Developing a new wind farm requires a large and mixed resource, including financiers, engineers and financial experts. Much of this information has to be gathered before the planning application is submitted to the planning department. The following pages give information about the assessment and the planning that a project like this requires.
